My wife’s Mother is a resident in the Memory Care unit at Charter. We could not be more pleased with the Staff and management. I could write much more about the care she receives, but the best way to sum it up is; if I personally had to be taken care of I would want to be in Charter.

The welcoming staff was very friendly and helpful.  She assisted me with how to sign in since it was my first visit.  She was outstanding and even took time to show me exactly where to go.  An exceptional employee.  The facility is so clean and such a wonderful atmosphere.  All the staff was so pleasant to everyone.  The outside is so well taken care of and of course that makes your first impression of the facility and it just continues to get better inside.  This is a excellent facilty. If you’re looking for a facility for yourself or your loved one, this place is a great choice. The facility is clean and well maintained. They have lots of events to keep the residents active and their families involved. My mother lived here for just over two years. Memory Care at Charter is the best!  We’ve been at other facilities in town, and Charter is  by far the best choice.  The caregivers, nurses, and memory care director make a wonderful environment for my mom.
